297 Sold Antique Pair French Sèvres Celeste Porcelain Gilt Bronze Cherub Table Lamps 19Ct

Fine Pair of Stylish and Imposing French Ormolu Electric Table Lamps of outstanding quality and medium proportions. First half of the Nineteenth Century. 

Each with a central kneeling gilt solid bronze cherub on a naturalistic base, holding aloft a basket of fruits, ending on an ornate circular ormolu base with a hand decorated celeste blue porcelain inset depicting a single Cherub, supported on two toupie feet and flanked by lavish cast swags depicting fruiting vines. 

Condition: Superb condition with no losses. Professionally re-gold plated and wired for electricity.
