Superb Well Grained Coromandel Dome Covered Travelling Stationery Casket with lavish etched brass strapwork decoration and carrying handle, complete with original lined sectional interior. Made between 1842 and 1858 by highly regarded London Maker and Retailer Halstaff & Hannaford. Condition: This piece is offered in superb untouched condition with no losses, very nice surface patination, original firm hinges, lock and original key are present and working. The bos is paper labeled inside.
