Superb Pair of Framed Italian Landscapes by Afred Godchaux (1835-1895), Signed lower right. This pair in their original frames make for a lovely combination. The frames are in good condition with a great patina and the paintings of the Italian Landscape by the famed French artist Alfred Godchaux are wonderful.The Paintings are on canvas with some minor paint loss but overall in good condition. Godchaux is famed for his paintings of Venice and the Italian countryside and this pair are typical of his work.
