Superb identical Pair of French Boulle Marquetry Pier Cabinets in the Louis XIV manner. Mid to late Nineteenth Century.
Each with stepped rectangular tops above ormolu mounted bands and applied cast female busts to each side, above a single glazed hinged door opening to reveal a moveable shelf. Ormolu masks cast in high relief to each side, raised on outstepped bases with compressed bun feet.
Condition: Good untouched condition with no losses, nice surface patination,
