706 Very Rare Irish Killarneywear Tea Poy - Circa 1900

Killarneyware  Teapoy Table Circa 1900 - Very Rare  This piece of Irish History is lovely to have in Store. It was made in Co Kerry Ireland in the late 19th Century. It is constructed from Arbutus and Yew Wood and is a very rare item. The Table was recently Cleaned and Waxed by our restoration experts. When it comes to a beautiful piece of Irish Furniture and also an investment item these pieces of Killarney are perfect, especially when they are as rare as this one - Very few Killarney Teapoys were made. The Shamrock Inlaid top opens to reveal two Tea stoage compartments and a mixing bowl all of which are inlaid as well. The piece is raised an four cabriole legs with lower shelf. (Repair to one leg). I was delighted to locate this piece here in Ireland and the Teapoy is admired by all who visit my gallery.
