Pair of Grand Tour style Figural Bookends Holders depicting two sculptural male views of Music Composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Standing in period dress, each flanked by a lectern above a decorative pedestal. Circa 1940-1960, in our opinion of Italian origin.
Each imposing figure standing on top of a large book with a scrolling musical sheet behind, beautifully constructed in reconstituted Marble in an off-white colour.
Condition: Good overall condition, with no restoration anywhere, few tiny flea bites which are difficult to notice, nice allover surface patination.
