This is a Continental Giltwood and Gesso Overmantle Mirror. Large size with ornate frame featuring egg and dart bead work, reeded pilasters, paterae roundels and stepped base. This mirror dates to the late 20th Century and is not Antique. It has a very Regency look and the gilt work is very well done.
