Brympton d'Evercy (alternatively Brympton House), a manor house near Yeovil in the county of Somerset, England, has been called the most beautiful in England and was the residence of The Ponsonby-Fane family. The Right Honourable Spencer Ponsonby Fane (famous cricketer) died in 1915 and the contents were sold in 1956 at Auction where many famous antiques and artworks were sold. This little stipple was sold at auction at this time.  Kilcooley Abbey in Tipperary was also a residence of the Ponsonby Family until recently.
