This birds eye view of the very picturesque Clifden is one of Nancy's rare Irish Scenes. Nancy never used a brush, only a palette knife and normally to canvas and this gives her work a very distinctive feel with a rough surface finish which combines to produce a striking image but also reflects the rugged Galway countryside.
