These are a Stylish 19th century Pair of Mahogany End Tables with Blue Tigre marble tops inset in a fiddleback Mahogany crossbanded frame, with narrow giltwood mouldings. The simple frieze also in fiddleback mahogany raised on square tapering legs headed with parcel gilt ogee shaped capitals and terminating in similar feet. The are a wonderfully designed pair of tables which are of a useful size and with rare detail. The design although from the late 19th Century fits very well with the current design vogue.
