This is a very pretty Water Colour signed H Simeon, an English Artist. Simeon travelled in France and other parts of Europe in the 1870's and 1880's and this painting of Dinan in France is typical of his work and we believe it was pinted Circa 1880. The viaduct is still there in the pretty French Town of Dinan in Northern France. The painting is framed (recently) and is signed lower right with the artist's writing of the location verso.
