Fine Pair of French Bronze & Well Grained Sienna Marble Grand Tour Twin Handle Tazza of compact proportions. First quarter of the Nineteenth Century.
Each circular bowl with lobed reeded body and decorative moulded thumb detail rims and twin ormolu handles raised on square shaped and stepped marble plinth base with a band of acanthus leaf gilt bronze mount.
Condition: These pieces have been professionally cleaned, original patinated bronze with no wear at high points, ormolu has been professionally re-gold plated. Small loss to marble at one base corner, see image.
