This is a beautiful Painting, Oil on Canvas and stunningly framed by Aitken Dott of Edinburgh in the 19th Century. The painting is of a street scene in Verona and and is superby executed. The Painting is monogrammed 'RPB' and attributed at time of framimg to the famed Richard Parkes Bonington (1802-1828). Richard Bonington's painting are greatly sought after and sadly he only had a short life so not many of his paintings available.
