Pair of English Porcelain Mantle Vases by Famous English Pottery Maker Royal Doulton Burslem, late Nineteenth Century.
Each ovoid central body superbly decorated with flo-blue Iris Flowers on an off-white ground, the back with similar detail, below a gilt collar and a tall slender neck with flared gilt circular rim.
The plain square bases finely etched in gilt on a cobalt blue ground.
Height: 8.5” (21.5cm). Width: (at base) 2.75" (6.5cm). Depth 2.5” (6.5cm).
Condition: Superb condition with no imperfections, possibly never used. Back and front views are similar. Base marks DOULTON BURSLEM ENGLAND for period 1882-1901
