The hinged dome shaped lid opening to reveal a stunning original fitted sectional stationery interior above three small drawers and a folding writing slope complete with its original gold tooled leather writing surface. The rectangular dome shaped top lid with central rectangular shaped plaque.
Condition: Professionally restored, retaining its wonderful rich reddish brown colour. Box closes firmly with no gaps. Lock and key are present and work perfectly, nice original firm hinges.
