It is a superb and rather rare hexangonal shaped Caddy. It is constructed from fiddle back Mahogany, Boxwood Stringing, and the top and front panels are inlaid. The oval panels are in Satinwood and the floral displays are in Rosewood, Ebony and a dark Ebony stringing framing the ovals.The escutcheon is in ivory.
