This is a large miniature version of The Pheonix Monument on Chesterfield Avenue in <strong>The Phoenix Park Dublin</strong>. The monument stands at The Gates of&nbsp; &Aacute;ras an Uachtar&aacute;in which is the Official Residence of The Irish President.
