The cassolettes consist of removable marble lids with ormolu finial decoration to the top in the form of flambeaux leading down to an ormolu collar with floral and foliate decoration. The main marble body of the cassolettes have ormolu of rams heads these being joined by ormolu floral and foliate swags with ormolu foliate decoration below. The marble bases have a laurel leaf ormolu collar supported by a square marble plinth.
