From Leonardo DaVinci&rsquo;s first scientific studies of flight to the exploration of space, encompassing all forms of aircraft. Each medal features a fine image of one of the fifty significant events in the history of manned flights with details engraved to reverse. All are hallmarked for sterling silver, London with a makers mark of &lsquo;JP&rsquo; for John Pinches and all bear the number 0382 which is the number of this set from the limited issue.
