Robert de Vaugondy, Geographer. Corrected and augmented by discoveries from Captain Cook of his three Voyages in the early 1800's.&nbsp;<strong>Created in 1821</strong> The double hemisphere format of the map allows for a simultaneous view of the Eastern and Western Hemispheres, providing a clear and balanced perspective of the Earth as understood during the time of its creation. From Paris,&nbsp;House of Felix Delamarche and Charles Dien, Rue du Jardinet No. 13.
