Description
This is a rare little item and in the Antique World, we call them either an Apprentice Piece or Salesman Sample. This one is in superb condition and has a design that suggests a 200 year old piece but this one was made circa 100 years ago and is English, made from Mahogany and has Satinwood crossbanding on the top. It is a very elegant item with serpentine front and tapered legs. All the drawers are working with their original handles and superb dove-tailing front and back of the drawers. Miniature pieces, like this, are always sought after and i was fortunate to locate this one in such good condition.
