Nice Example of a French Well Figured Wooden Jewellery Casket of very fine quality of rectangular form, featuring seldom seen applied hand painted Sevres Style Porcleain panels depicting various Summer Flowers all within decorative ormolu surrounds, first half of the Nineteenth Century, possibly Regency period. The hinged cover opening to reveal a dark burgundy velvet lined interior. Condition: Superb condition with no losses to inlays, interior has been re-lined which is professionally done, lock is present, replacement key which does not turn. * Beautiful stylish box which offers multiple uses for Him or Her.
