397 Art Deco Wedgwood Celestial Chinese Dragon Lustre Ware Bowl Centerpiece, 1920s

Nice example of an English Fairyland Celestial Dragon lustre footed octagonal bowl by Daisy Makeig – Jones, of seldome offered large proportions. Stunning lustre exterior in shades of pale greens glaze, decorated with hand-painted gilt dragons and dragonfly. Interior area with a stunning abstract design in multiple colour ways. Condition: Good allover condition, however there is an old repair which is visible on the outside and a lot less on the inside which reflects the very low asking price. Nice clear markings, see images.
