427 Antique Pair of Grand Tour Borghese or Medici Bronze Campana Urns Vases

Pair of Grand Tour Twin Handle Patinated Bronze Medici Urns of Campagne outline, of compact and heavy proportions. Second quarter of the Nineteenth Century. Firmly attributed to Giacomo Zoffoli. These Urns are in the Borghese or Medici style model with classical relief decoration, egg and dart topped rims with Mythological Scenes to main body with twin triton mask handles, each supported on a reeded statutory off white marble pedestal circular base above a plain square black marble plinth. Condition: Good condition with nice patination and no losses, complete with interior linings, nice allover surface patination, very well cast Urns.
