Description
This Pair of Coalport Three Handled Vases are rather rare. One Vase depicting the Works at Ironbridge Gorge in Shropshire Numbered 39 out of 500 pieces, the urn with gold, blue, cream and gilt colouring, with three delicate handles, and a scene on one side of Ironbridge Gorge, Shropshire, with boats on the river, and smoke rising from the factory chimneys, with elaborate gilt patterns to the rest of the urn. and The second Vase numbered 39 out of 100 (1986) depicting Westminister Abbey (limited to 100 only) commemorating the marriage of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor to Sarah Ferguson with identical decoration.
