French heavy gauge Sterling Silver Centerpiece of ovoid outline, complete with its original firm fitting Cranberry Glass liner, late Nineteenth Century. The circular body outline with stylized foliage and flowers and lavish scrolling detail. Condition: Good condition for such an early piece. No inside clouding, wonderful evidence of age wear at base underneath. Hallmarks are not clear, in our opinion of French origin, no losses to silver.
