M010 Superb Quality Italian Floor Lamp – 1950’s – Sourced Italy

This Floor Lamp from Italy which dates to the 1950‘s is a real show stopper of Mid Century design and construction. The two armed lamp in tubular Brass is cleverly anchored on a heavy strengthened glass circular base supported on three circular toughened glass bun feet. The anchor point at the base is detailed with an acanthus embellishment which enhances the strength of the lamp and makes for a beautiful detail. Each arm supports twin turquoise spun metal shades, one uplighter and one down. I was delighted to acquire this lamp which was sourced in Italy. My Gallery is famed for Mid Century and this floor lamp is certainly of a quality that suggests the hand of one of  the Great Italian Designers.  Condition is excellent and the Lamp was rewired and complies with all electrical standards.
