The book begins with a series of chapters on the history of Parian wares and the people who sculpted and manufactured them.  The main part of the book is an illustrated review of the Parian wares produced by Minton, Copeland, Wedgwood, Worcester and Robinson and Leadbeater together with a section of Parian items not identified by manufacturer.
